Glencoe Campground Sturgis 2009
Every time I go to Sturgis I stay at Glencoe Campground. This campground has the best setup of any Sturgis campground I've seen. Great food, camping, shade, and the concerts at Glencoe are awesome a much better venue than the Buffalo Chip campground. Glencoe keeps the price of beer reasonable and has excellent shower facilities. Additionally Glencoe Campground is just a short drive to get gas or supplies and a shuttle bus can take you to the Full Throttle Saloon so you can party without riding. So far the 2009 schedule of concerts at Glencoe Campground has not been published but if my past visits to Glencoe Campground during Sturgis are anything like 2009 it will be a rocking good time. If your looking for that traditional Sturgis party experience like you may have seen in Easy Rider as a kid you'll definitely want to camp at Glencoe during Sturgis 2009.
